There comes a moment when you realize you've been playing small—showing up but not fully stepping in, speaking but not honestly being heard. And let’s be honest, it’s exhausting. The world has been telling you who to be, what to say, and how to shrink yourself to fit in. But at Haven 2025, we did something radical.

We tore that script to shreds.
The women who walked through those doors weren’t here to check a box. They came because they were ready to face the truth, stop guessing what the world sees, and own who they are. And let me tell you, watching them put pen to paper, writing down the raw, unfiltered version of how they saw and heard themselves? That was power. Not the polished version. Not the “right” answer. The real one.
At first, there was hesitation—when was the last time you asked yourself, Who am I? How do I sound when I speak my truth? But then, the shift happened. Something clicked as we unpacked the difference between how we see ourselves, how we think others see us, and what they see.

We are so much more than the watered-down version we’ve been living.
The truth? You are not too much, too loud, or too quiet. You are not invisible. Your presence is a force, your voice is a movement, and your story is the key to unlocking the life you were meant to live.
So to every woman who showed up at Haven—you did the work, you owned your truth, and you left with something no one can take from you: clarity, confidence, and the power to be seen and heard on your terms.
And if you're reading this and missed it, you better believe we’re doing this again. Because this is what fundamental transformation looks like.

A special thank you to guest and client Renee Leonard Kennedy. The multi-award-winning After the Flowers Die, released two years ago with End Game Press, continues to offer vital encouragement for those navigating the arduous journey of loss and renewal.
The world doesn’t define you. You define the world.
And we see you.
We hear you.
Now, it’s time for you to own it.
